The Translation Division offers professional services to company clients and/or individuals in more than 60 languages for translations and 40 languages for interpreting.
What do we provide with the translation?
We provide general and specific translations to our clients. We are able to provide certified copies of official documents and sworn translations. All translations are proofread by native speakers or expert translators. We are able to provide final proofreading of all texts, graphic layout, and prepare texts for printing and binding.

Sworn translations
A sworn translation or is provided by a translator trusted by a regional court.
You will mostly need such a translation or interpreting for official purpose (Employment Offices, Courts, Embassies, etc.).
A sworn copy is made of the original document without damaging it.
The sworn copy is translated afterwards and the translation is approved by a certified-translator stamp (court-certification clause).
Most frequently we do sworn translations of birth certificates, marriage certificates, education documents, certificates, founder’s deeds, partnership agreements, patents, product certificates and official documents.
We are able to provide free declaration of coincidence of the translation with the original document.

We consider all materials and information provided by the customer strictly confidential.
All our employees and all the suppliers of our language centre TLC are pledged to secrecy as well.
You know the final price in advance!
We always count the price of the translation from the original document. Only in case the original document contains parts that cannot be edited (picture, printed document), we count the translation price upon the translated text. You can find out the final price of any translation, even in the most exotic language combinations, in a few seconds using our on-line interactive calculator.
For translations using the Trados programme, the translation price is based on the number of words in the original document.
Standard page = 1800 characters of the original document (it's the sum of number of words and characters with spaces, divided by 1800).
1 standard page = 250 words
Physical page = one page of the document for translation to a different language or other processing, no matter its size or quantity of text on the page. The following translations are counted on physical pages: sworn translations, printed-documents translations, or translation of files with non-editable texts.
One unit of sworn translation = PP (one page of the official document) or SP, in case the PP is larger than 1800 characters.
