Interpreting

The Translation Division offers professional services in interpreting in more than 40 languages to company clients and individuals.

We are able to provide interpreting especially in any part of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Taiwan. However, our interpreters will accompany you to any other destination or we can provide a local interpreter in the selected location.

All interpreters are screened, loyal, and they have signed up to maintain confidential any kind of information they might become familiar with during the translation.

Our interpreters are skilled professionals with strong presence. Obviously, you expect not only an interpreter, but also a diplomat at your conference.

Thanks to the large portfolio of our services, we are able to provide you even multi-lingual interpreters (able to perform Czech-English-Chinese translations, for example, etc).

A great part of our clients are manufacturing companies where we provide interpreting within manufacturing-lines assemblies, operating tutorials for the employees, etc.

In case you have foreigners working in your company, we are able to provide interpreting at the institutions to get the residence permit, working permit, insurance, create a new bank account and sort out other issues.

We provide general and specialized interpreting for our clients, as well as interpreting of business dealings, conferences and official dealings

The basic interpreting tariff is 1 day (8 hours). The minimum period of interpreting invoiced is 1 hour.

TLC provides only consecutive interpreting.

Consecutive interpreting is one of the most required interpreting services.
In case of such interpreting, fragments or sentences pronounced are translated into foreign language.

It is the kind of interpreting used for interpreting speeches without any technical equipment installed.

We do not provide simultaneous interpreting.

In case of simultaneous interpreting, the interpreter is talking simultaneously to the speech pronounced by the speaker and translates the speech directly. Simultaneous interpreting is used especially to translate speeches to larger numbers of people present at the activity.
In case of conference simultaneous interpreting, the interpreter is sat in a translating cabin and translates simultaneously to the speaker’s speech. The translation is transmitted to the participants via modern interpreting system. Usually two of our interpreters are present and they take turns when translating.
