The way of processing the order
Every client has a company terminology that is used within the company and preferred in the translated documents.
1. Creating a Company Vocabulary List
That is why, at the beginning of the partnership, a basic vocabulary list of words and expressions is created.
2. Extra Team for Each Client
Although the state-of-the-art software is used at work, the translations are products of individuals. Therefore, for every client we set a team of professionals and translators whose professional training and experience matches the area the customer is working within.
3. Translation, Checking & Processing, Dispatching
The translation of the text is only a first step. The translated text has to be checked in the technical respect, a language proofreading has to be done, it has to be processed into a proper format and dispatched to reach the appropriate person on time. Therefore, a project manager, technical proofreader and final language proofreader are always part of the team.
4. Final shape of the document
In case the customer wants the required document to be printed, we are prepared to cooperate on-line with graphic studios and printing plants in order to get the customer the complete mistake-free product (leaflet, promotion materials, etc.).
