| Objednatel se zavazuje uhradit cenu plnění na základě faktur, která bude mít náležitosti daňového dokladu a bude kalkulována na základě počtu odebraných jednotek, pomocí následujícího ceníku:
Objednatel se zavazuje, že nebude oslovovat smluvní partnery dodavatele za účelem spolupráce bez účasti dodavatele. Za smluvní partnery dodavatele se považují všechny osoby vykonávající činnosti pro dodavatele, se kterými přišel objednatel v rámci spolupráce s dodavatelem do styku nebo o nich získal jakékoliv informace. Objednatel se dále zavazuje, že bude informovat dodavatele v případě, že mu bude ze strany smluvního partnera dodavatele nabídnuta přímá spolupráce bez účasti a vědomí dodavatele. Tato smlouva může být měněna pouze formou písemných dodatků uzavřených oběma smluvními stranami. Tato smlouva je vyhotovena ve 2 (dvou) stejnopisech, z nichž každá strana obdrží 1. |

The Client undertakes not to contact subcontractors of the Provider to establish cooperation without the participation of the Provider. Subcontractors are considered all persons performing activities for the Provider, with whom the Client, within the frame of their cooperation with the Provider, came into contact or about whom the Client gained some information. The Client further undertakes not to enter into any contractual relations with the subcontractors of the Provider or to cooperate with them without previous agreement with the Provider. The Client undertakes to inform the Provider about any offer for direct cooperation made by the subcontractor without the participation and knowledge of the Provider. Any changes and amendments to this Contract shall require written form and shall be signed by both parties. This Contract is executed in 2 (two) counterparts from which each party will receive 1 counterpart. |
